Who is Anthony Kelley?


Anthony Kelley is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association and the American Fitness Professionals and Associates. For over 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant Anthony has been committed to helping his clients reach their goals through the most scientifically proven and sensible methods known.

Beginning his nine years at what was then Jack La Lanne, in 1983 he received his first certification as a fitness instructor. His duties as a Fitness Instructor included fitness evaluations, body fat assessments, program design and group circuit training. In 1991 he obtained a personal training certification from Bally’s Total Fitness in East Brunswick NJ.

Taking what he learned from Bally’s Total Fitness, in 1991 he went out on his own as a independent contractor working at various local gyms in the Central Jersey area. Doing this time as a independent contractor was when he began to hone his skills and expertise in weight loss, basic nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning and
strength training. Over a six year period while helping numerous scores of individuals reach their goals, he continued to advance his education by attending many different weight loss, nutritional and fitness seminars.

In June of 1997 attending the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association conference in Atlantic City NJ, Anthony received his first national Personal Training certification. The same month he also received a certification though the American Fitness Professionals and Associates for Personal Training. From 1997 until present Anthony has received certifications in Nutritional Counseling, Massage Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching and Sport Massage.

In the interim Anthony has also had numerous articles published about diet and exercise in the local Sentinel, Suburban and News Transcript papers. As well as being featured on several News 12 television programs.



Presently Anthony continues to stay current with his education and the latest cutting edge research. Separating fact from fiction concerning the newest trends or fads concerning weight loss and exercise.
